Jayne Hoese-Berge received her certification from Aveda Institute, and enjoys helping people overcome their injuries while creating a nice "flow" to keep their session relaxing.  She has worked with all sort of people including the elderly, athletes, and musicians.

Melissa Larson has been helping people find rejuvenation, relief and restoration of the body through therapeutic massage since 2005.

She was previously certified and board licensed in the State of Iowa, where she owned and operated her own massage business prior to moving to Minnesota in 2018. She's trained in various modalities of therapeutic massage and bodywork including Deep Tissue, Shiatsu, and Hot stone.
She had the opportunity to utilize her skills and intuitive touch to help a variety of clients and their needs - and is excited to be restarting her career on our team.

Jessica Lorentz has trained as a licensed practical nurse, is a graduate of Minneapolis School of Massage and Bodywork (MSMB), and has practiced massage since 1998. She also studied at the Kurashova Institute of Illinois where she gained certification in Neuromuscular ReEducation. She incorporates various massage techniques and believes in tailoring her approach to each individual she works with. Jessica has experience working with a wide variety of ailments such as headaches, migraines, fibromyalgia, sinus problems, whiplash, and all kinds of aches and pains. Firm relaxation massage with specific work/deep tissue focus.
Available Monday afternoons, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and some Saturdays.

 

Elisabete "Liz" Marques graduated from the Minneapolis School of Massage and Bodywork in 1999 and has since also trained in Thai yoga massage at Devanadi School in Minneapolis, Bowen Therapy from the American Bowen Academy, and completed Levels 1 and 2 of the John F Barnes Myofascial Release seminars. She has a passion for natural healing, especially herbs and nutrition, and loves foraging for medicinal and edible wild plants. She believes that healing begins with learning how to relax, and that massage is an essential part of healing and maintaining overall good health.

Available Monday afternoons, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.

Jamie Reinbold  took his first yoga class in 1993 and began attending public yoga classes regularly in 2008.  In 2016, after his two kids graduated high school, he completed his 230-hour yoga teacher training. 

In June 2017, he felt called to begin Thai Yoga Bodywork training and studied at the Devanadi School of Yoga & Wellness under the supervision of Tanya Boigenzahn. In November 2018 Jamie studied in Chiang Mai, Thailand, with Master Ajahn Pichest.  Along with being a United States Army veteran, Jamie is in addiction recovery and uses his experience to help others in similar circumstances. Jamie has found that Thai Yoga Bodywork can not only assist people with physical or emotional injuries – it also can support those who have experienced other traumatic events as they go through the recovery process.   Available Tuesdays at 4:45pm and 6:30pm

Mary Ann Siverson  is a certified reflexologist offering hand, foot, and ear reflexology. Reflexology is based on the premise that there are zones and reflex areas in the feet and hands that correspond to all glands, organs and body parts. This relaxing technique promotes better health, stress reduction, and balance. 60 minute sessions may include hands, feet, and ear massage with lightly scented hot towels applied to the feet. 30 minute sessions are usually for the feet, and can be a stand alone service or added to a massage session.  Available Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.

Christine Thao graduated from the Minnesota School of Cosmetology in Plymouth, in June of 2018 with 700 hours completed under their Massage Therapy Program. She has since then been working as a national board certified therapist. Christine has a strong passion for the work that she does and strongly believes in the holistic healing of the human body, mind, and soul. With so many modalities that she learned from school and through her experiences of working, she mainly enjoys deep tissue work, sports therapy, trigger point,  relaxation, and prenatal massages. Christine is a detail oriented therapist, as she likes to spend a good amount of time on a specific area of the body, that needs the attention to be worked on. She’s known to work carefully & efficiently through any aches or pain, sore muscles, injuries from sports/ daily activities and many more. Although Christine is fairly new to massaging, she is always open to learn more, to be able to give the best experience to her clients.

Vanessa Stokes is trained in Swedish, Shiatsu Therapy, Pregnancy Massage, and Reflexology. She began her bodywork education at the Strand College of Beauty Therapy in Australia in 2002. She continued her education in 2011 for Shiatsu Therapy at CenterPoint Massage & Shiatsu Therapy in Minnesota. Vanessa is a member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP).

Vanessa’s bodywork offers a blend of East and West. Having knowledge of both the Eastern and Western approach to bodywork along with over 10 years experience gives her the ability to create a unique and customized bodywork session. She enjoys working on a variety of clients who are looking for relaxation, relief from body aches and pains, stress management and emotional balancing. Incorporating hot towels, essential oils and Chinese cupping in a session adds to the overall therapeutic experience to leave you feeling balanced and refreshed.
Shiatsu is a Japanese style of bodywork consisting of pressure, kneading and stretching applied along meridians and at effective points to stimulate a healthy flow of energy throughout the body. This therapy, rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, is effective for addressing a wide range of conditions. It is applied through loose comfortable clothing.
She is available for Workplace chair services Mondays and Wednesdays.

Marne Thongpun has been practicing massage since her graduation from the Aveda Institute in 2003. Afer four years of practicing massage, she traveled to Chaing Mai, Thailand to study Thai massage. There she received certification in Thai massage. Thai massage uses massage, acupressure, and passive assisted stretching to increase circulation and energy. Thai massage is based on the sen pathways of the body. Marne personalizes each treatment using a combination of Thai, Swedish, and deep tissue techniques. She is also trained in pregnancy massage. Her approach helps ease tight and sore muscles, everyday aches and pains, relaxation, and emotional balancing.
Available for outcall in-home table, and chair massage services.

 

Leah, Ian, Roisin, Jennifer, Marne, Jess, Vanessa, Liz, Charlene, and Rowan are all experienced Massage Therapists who are available for chair massage events at your home, office, or social gathering.
