Eileen Braden began practicing Shiatsu (based in Chinese medicine) in 2009 and completed her Swedish and Rehabilitation massage training in 2011. Eileen has successfully intergraded all of her varied training to provide for her clients a unique massage session. She is skilled in using acupressure points, trigger points, myofascial release, deep tissue and other techniques. Her clients experience both relief from their tensions, aches and pain and a deep relaxation. She successfully works in a point specific fashion on injures and chronic conditions as well, using techniques to first gently “coax” tissue into relaxation. Investigating and finding the points of release is her strength. Helping clients to “reset” their bodies/minds through massage is her passion. She looks forward to working with you soon!

Available Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursday, Fridays, and every other Saturday at our clinic location.

Now, she more fully appreciates the larger scope of healing and wellness that massage provides her clients - from simple relaxation to pain relief to balancing the mind and body, RheAnnon customizes each massage to fit her clients’ therapeutic needs by using her unique blend of deep tissue therapeutic massage with stretches.

Mary Ann Siverson  is a certified reflexologist offering hand, foot, and ear reflexology. Reflexology is based on the premise that there are zones and reflex areas in the feet and hands that correspond to all glands, organs and body parts. This relaxing technique promotes better health, stress reduction, and balance. 60 minute sessions may include hands, feet, and ear massage with lightly scented hot towels applied to the feet. 30 minute sessions are usually for the feet, and can be a stand alone service or added to a massage session.  Available Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and the 1st Saturday of the month.

Vanessa Stokes is trained in Swedish, Shiatsu Therapy, Pregnancy Massage, and Reflexology. She began her bodywork education at the Strand College of Beauty Therapy in Australia in 2002. She continued her education in 2011 for Shiatsu Therapy at CenterPoint Massage & Shiatsu Therapy in Minnesota. Vanessa is a member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP).

Vanessa’s bodywork offers a blend of East and West. Having knowledge of both the Eastern and Western approach to bodywork along with over 10 years experience gives her the ability to create a unique and customized bodywork session. She enjoys working on a variety of clients who are looking for relaxation, relief from body aches and pains, stress management and emotional balancing. Incorporating hot towels, essential oils and Chinese cupping in a session adds to the overall therapeutic experience to leave you feeling balanced and refreshed.
